The Fellas of High Society Entertainment Group unmitigatingly solidified a new standard in Chicago’s urban night-life entertainment as they presented their 2014 New Year’s Eve celebration. Held at the upscale Red Kiva, sponsored by Ciroc and featuring none other than Bad Girls Club Natalie Nunn…Yeah…Drunk In Love. As the Flyy & Sexy socials descended, we were greeted with complimentary shots of specialty Ciroc cocktails such as “The Beyoncé” served on platters by the flyy dudes and chicks of the establishment. As the patrons frolicked, we were also made aware of the Ciroc and High Society sponsored luge as a mere accessory. The drinks flowed.  DJ Gucci Roxx spun the latest tracks with snippets of techno and accompanied by a 3D LCD visual throughout the club. Bad Girl Natalie Nunn arrived and turnt up as we brought the New Years in with complimentary bottles of Champagne and professional photographers meandering throughout the crowd to capture the moments. . The patrons were DONE, FULL  & SEXY. I reconnected with Icons & Legends of the city that I have not seen out in ages…It was divine and worthy of my travels in a blizzard. I was even more impressed that in spite of “mother nature” antics, the building was still at capacity and the kids stormed.  Chicago has grown beyond the rubric of an empty, dilapidated space with a dated sound system for events. We are now at a point where those in the game are being challenged to REALLY give us a function reminiscent of those in NYC, MIA, Vegas and Aspen. If you do not have the skill-set, mind-set or desire to utilize due-diligence to manifest these types of events, then perhaps you should sit down a while and take notes.  I am an unbiased patron but I hope whomever step up to plate next will keep these thoughts in mind because my level of acceptance has forever been changed and I will be watching and reporting…Deo
